1) Cumpany recruits teacher (O) for the board of education (BoE).
2) However, the board doesn't actually hire O, cumpany does.
3) For the single act of locating an individual, cumpany takes a large cut of O's pay from the BoE and controls O with a vague and extortionist contract.
4) a) Cumpany insists on communication. Cumpany demands, since O is an employee, that O communicate solely with cumpany and not with those whom O works directly with, ie. other teachers, the school principle. Example: teacher changes schedule slightly. Teacher must inform cumpany, who then inform O. Teacher and O share a desk, but they may not discuss these changes, or anything else for that matter. Though, they may discuss the weather.
b) O must contact cumpany in almost any event. Example: "Cumpany, I need permission to pee. I will dutifully await your response." In this direction, response will be made at the convenience of cumpany.
5) Cumpany communicates as little as possible. Cumpany pays little or no attention to O unless some extra-curricular event participation is required or there is information requested by cumpany. In these instances a prompt response is expected, with punishments (see article 6) incurred for tardiness.
6) If O is late or tardy or fails to communicate in time or has a hair out of place or doesn't smile when konsho'd, the cumpany reserves the right to deduct payment from O's compensation (see article 7).
7) Compensation will be made when it is convenient for cumpany to do so. ie. O will not be paid salary, nor an hourly wage, but a sum of monies from which deductions will be made as frequently as possible and months made pro-rated whenever it seems cumpany can cut O's work time.
8) At the end of contract, rather than reward and renew, the final month will be pro-rated and O must re-sign, but only if so deemed by cumpany to be worthy of further employment. Renewal is based on school satisfaction and a once-yearly observation session by cumpany (see article 5).
9) O is not an employee. O is a number dangling by a leash. Temporary contracted employees do not have rights to anything further than a wage, and even that is questionable.
10) Suggestion: pretend cumpany doesn't exist: either way, to cumpany, O is just another number.

That reeks of Interac. I heard they take 50% of what the BoE pays for the ALTs.
